Additional training, data migration and support are not included and will be invoiced separately.

Early termination fees may apply. In the event of early contract termination or failure to fulfill invoicing obligations, the customer shall be liable for reimbursement of the full promotional cost initially waived or discounted, Professional Services valued at $25K (€22K).

Eligibility: Offer is valid for new KODAK PRINERGY Connect Workflow customers in the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and Italy only. Current and former PRINERGY Connect and EVO customers are not eligible. No refunds, credits, or retroactive reimbursements will be issued for prior purchases, training, or other services.

Customer equipment and server must be configurable with the latest PRINERGY software version.

Offer is not valid for any other PRINERGY Platform products or services.

Offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or incentives.
