Todd Bigger
Vice President, Service
Todd Bigger is Vice President of Global Service for Print, overseeing service delivery, operations, product support, training, and device productivity across Prepress and Digital print product lines. Over the past five years, he has led a transformation toward a customer-centric service model, modernizing systems, standardizing operations, enhancing technician proficiency, and leveraging real-time analytics to drive proactive service engagement.
Over the past 15 years, Bigger has held key leadership roles supporting Kodak’s transformation, including President of the Kodak Software Division, Business Director for the Print Systems Division (U.S. and Canada), and Worldwide Director of Product Management for the Print Systems Division.
Bigger joined Kodak in 1996 after having received a B.S. degree in Printing Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
