Vice President, Human Resources

Jeanne Hilley is the Vice President, Human Resources for Kodak. In this role, Jeanne is responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition & staffing, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits on a global scale. Prior to joining Kodak, Jeanne served as the Vice President, Human Resources for Vivial Inc., a privately held marketing technology and communications company, and was responsible for leading Human Resources & Talent Acquisition. Jeanne has also served as Vice President Retail Sales & HR for Vivaro, a prepaid long distance company.

Jeanne has served in a number of leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, including sales, sales support, product development, marketing, call center, and training with The CIT Group, Lucent and AT&T Credit Corporation.
