The Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) has been released for 2020 and once again Kodak has scored 100 percent. Since the onset of the CEI, Kodak has scored in the top every time. The honor highlights a company’s commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace policies and practices.

A company that scores 100 percent in the survey, earns recognition as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.” Kodak is one of the top companies to receive a perfect score under the most stringent criteria to date. The Human Rights Campaign celebrates companies that have fully-inclusive equal employment opportunity policies, provide equal employment benefits, demonstrate organization LGBTQ competency, evidence their commitment to equality publicly, and exercise responsible citizenship.

Kodak’s Director of US&C Human Resources Mary Anne Detmer noted, “Kodak’s perfect score on the HRC’s Corporate Equality Index is a testament to the company’s dedication and commitment to diversity. 18 years with a top score is a great accomplishment and further highlights our focus on inclusion.”

Kodak continues to support a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees. The company is proud of its high ranking in the annual index and looks forward to continued recognition as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
