Jim Continenza has the unequivocal support of our entire Board and we are confident that the lawsuit being threatened by the New York Attorney General is completely without merit. Since Jim joined the Board in 2013, we have come to know him as a proven leader and a person of great character whose integrity and ethics are unassailable. Under his stewardship as CEO since 2020, Kodak is successfully executing on a growth strategy that is driving a turnaround, as evidenced by first quarter earnings results – the Company exceeded its revenue forecast and greatly improved its balance sheet. It would be extremely unfortunate for the New York Attorney General to target Jim and a company that employs more than 1,000 people in her own backyard with a baseless lawsuit.
