Introducing the GUA Forum

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the all new GUA Forum, a dynamic platform designed to connect KODAK PRINERGY Workflow Solutions users and provide opportunities to gain insights from each other's experiences. This new forum reflects our commitment to fostering a community where users can exchange valuable tips and best practices while also staying up to date on what’s happening with PRINERGY. The free GUA Online Forum features dedicated groups for PRINERGY VIP Members, General PRINERGY Members and qualified Kodak Channel Partners.

The GUA Forum is more than just a discussion board; it is a resource tailored to connect our diverse PRINERGY user base all around the world. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a new user, the forum offers users a wealth of information to enhance your experience and maximize your investment with the KODAK PRINERGY Platform.

• VIP Membership: Those with supported software versions and a current Kodak service and support agreement — will gain early access to PRINERGY product and upgrade announcements, new features, events, and exclusive product promotions.
• Community Support: Connect with fellow users to ask questions, share insights and troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge Base: Access information that other users have found useful.
• Announcements & News: Stay informed about software updates, industry trends, exclusive promotions, and upcoming events

Memberships from the old GUA Forum will not transfer to the new platform, so all users must register to gain access. If you are already a PRINERGY user, becoming a member of the new platform is easy and straightforward:

1. Registration: You can visit the Kodak Customer Portal here. Sign-in to the portal and fill out the registration form with your details, then verify your email address via the confirmation email sent to you.
2. Login: Once your account is confirmed, use your registered email and password/one-time code to log in. Follow the instructions to register for the GUA Forum by navigating to the "Manage Applications" menu from your profile, selecting the "Available Applications" tab, and requesting access to the GUA Forum module.
3. Explore and Engage: Dive into the various topics, participate in discussions, and share your knowledge with the community.
