End of support announcement for older software versions and servers

This post outlines products for which support is being discontinued along with options not only to stay current, but to improve your business performance.

But as technology advances, 3rd party computer hardware and its underlying operating system or applications becomes obsolete, impacting our support for your Kodak hardware and software. This post outlines products for which support is being discontinued along with options not only to stay current, but also to improve your business performance.

At the end of 2020, the following software versions and features will no longer be supported:

  • KODAK INSITE Creative Workflow version 7.x
  • KODAK MATCHPRINT Virtual version 7.x
  • KODAK Proofing Software for MATCHPRINT Inkjet 6.x
  • KODAK PressProof AutoPan feature

Similarly, the following Dell server models will no longer be supported:

OptiPlex 9020 MiniTower

OptiPlex 745 Tower

OptiPlex 9010 MiniTower

Precision 755 Tower

OptiPlex 990 MiniTower

Precision 390 Workstation

OptiPlex 960 Tower

PowerEdge T310

OptiPlex 755 Tower

PowerEdge T610/R710
