Episode 68: Michael Crouser takes Kodak Tri-X to rural Colorado in his latest book, Mountain Ranch
Shooting film since he was 14, Michael Crouser has photography in his bones. His images are honest and beautiful and his latest work, Mountain Ranch, is no exception. Shot completely on Kodak Professional Tri-X film, Michael spent 10 years documenting the lives of cattle ranchers in Colorado. His patience and attention to detail, similar to that of the lives of the ranchers, produced stunning images of this disappearing lifestyle. Michael explains this project and shares his life’s story as a photographer.
