Kodak Rochester General Site Orientation
All contractors, contractor labor, tenants, and site service providers who have a business need to access Kodak Rochester sites unescorted, must have a Kodak representative submit a contractor badge request, and successfully complete a General Site HSE Orientation. This orientation will inform the participant of Kodak's HSE policies, rules, and expectations while working at the Rochester site. This General Site Orientation is valid for the duration of the badge issuance.
The contractor is responsible to ensure its employees and its subcontractors have received all HSE training and medical evaluations required by federal, state and local regulations.
Skilled trade persons and skilled trades supervisors must have completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) 10 hour Construction Safety Outreach course.
In addition to the General Site HSE Orientation, contractors may be required to attend a building or project specific orientation and the Kodak representative will provide details. Click the following link for the list of buildings that require specific orientation.

Note: if access to a computer is not available, a walk up computer is available in Building 28, 200 West Ridge Road Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Users must check in with the lobby security officer to gain access. Access is not guaranteed and is on a first come – first served basis.
Participants are required to complete the orientation and final exam. A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of the course. New badge requestors should present a printed copy of their certificate of completion, along with a valid government issued photo identification, to the lobby security officer located in Building 28, 200 West Ridge Road.
