Kodak Rochester General Site Orientation

All contractors, contractor labor, tenants, and site service providers who have a business need to access Kodak Rochester sites unescorted, must have a Kodak representative submit a contractor badge request, and successfully complete a General Site HSE Orientation. This orientation will inform the participant of Kodak's HSE policies, rules, and expectations while working at the Rochester site. This General Site Orientation is valid for the duration of the badge issuance.

The contractor is responsible to ensure its employees and its subcontractors have received all HSE training and medical evaluations required by federal, state and local regulations.

Skilled trade persons and skilled trades supervisors must have completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) 10 hour Construction Safety Outreach course.

In addition to the General Site HSE Orientation, contractors may be required to attend a building or project specific orientation and the Kodak representative will provide details. Click the following link for the list of buildings that require specific orientation.

Contact your Kodak representative to determine which of the following online courses are required for orientation.
