We have implemented an information security program that is reasonably designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
We may process the following categories of personal information:
-
Contact information (such as your name, address, and telephone numbers).
-
Customary biographical data, such as information about your current and previous employment, education and professional credentials.
-
Job-related information (such as the position you are applying for and information about your specific qualifications for that job) and references.
-
Compliance information (such as government issued-identification numbers and right-to-work documentation).
We may receive this information directly from you or from third parties, such as recruiting firms or professional services platforms such as LinkedIn.
If you are selected for a position, we may also process background screening data, such as education, employment and license verifications and criminal records checks, subject to applicable law. The Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing, including Legitimate Interests
Kodak only processes your personal information when we have a legal basis for the processing. We will process your personal information as needed:
-
To fulfill your request that we consider you for employment, and for purposes of negotiating and concluding an employment or professional services contract or similar relationship, and
-
For closely-related purposes, such as scheduling interviews, internal reporting and recordkeeping, and legal compliance.
We may also process your personal information for the purposes of our legitimate interests, provided that such processing shall not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Disclosures
Your personal information may be transferred to other Kodak affiliates, which will only process your personal information for the purposes set forth in Section 3 above or to our third party data processors, which use the data only as permitted by our contracts with them (such as for recruitment services, verification or vetting, as appropriate). We will also always transfer personal information when required to do by law, such as in response to a subpoena, including to law enforcement agencies, regulators and courts in the United States and other countries where we operate.
-
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Where permitted, we may use automated tools to verify that applicants have met the minimum job requirements. For applicants in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or the U.K. and other countries that restrict automated decision-making, we will not use profiling techniques or make automated-decisions about you that may significantly affect you, unless (1) the decision is necessary as part of a contract that we have with you, (2) we have your explicit consent, or (3) we are required by law to use the technology.
-
Your Rights
Kodak respects your rights to access, correct and request erasure or restriction of your personal information as required by law. This means:

To exercise these rights, please contact the human resources manager at the address provided above. Please understand that these rights are subject to some limitations, such as when we are processing or retaining data to comply with our own legal obligations.
If you believe that we have processed your personal information in violation of applicable law, you may file a complaint with the Kodak Data Protection Officer (who can be reached by contacting the Kodak Global Privacy Office at privacy@kodak.com) or with a supervisory authority.

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored at or processed in a location outside the country of your employment which may not have equivalent privacy or data protection laws. However, regardless of where your personal information is transferred, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
If you are a resident of the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, we generally use approved Standard Contractual Clauses to assure that personal information is adequately protected when it is transferred out of the EEA, but we may also make transfers to recipients with approved Binding Corporate Rules or to recipients using another approved mechanism.
Please contact your local human resources manager at the address provided above if you would like more information about cross-border transfers or to obtain a copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
