Vice President, Finance – Planning & Operations

Marc Bebout is Vice President, Finance – Planning & Operations at Kodak. He is responsible for leading Financial Planning and Analysis across the enterprise, supporting Kodak's global businesses through financial planning, performance management, and operational decision support. He partners closely with senior leadership to align financial plans with Kodak's strategic objectives and drive disciplined operational execution. Marc reports to Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Continenza.

Prior to joining Kodak, Marc held senior finance leadership roles across private equity‑owned and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Global Finance at Vivial (formerly Local Insight Media), a global marketing technology company, where he led long‑range planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supported business transformation and strategic initiatives. Earlier in his career, Marc held finance leadership and internal audit roles at Charter Communications and Dex Media, supporting large‑scale operations, financial planning, and governance processes.

Marc earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Montana.
