COO of AM&C and Corporate Development

Brian Steenhard joined Kodak in 2026 as COO of AM&C and Corporate Development and reports to Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Continenza. He has 25 years of leadership experience spanning public accounting, regulated utilities, renewable fuels and corporate finance. Throughout his career, he has led transformational initiatives including corporate turnarounds, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, capital raises, operational optimization, and shareholder value creation.

Before joining Kodak, Steenhard held leadership roles at White Energy, Aventine Renewable Energy, Hawkeye Energy Holdings and Aquila, where he helped strengthen capital structures, expand credit capacity, improve profitability and create shareholder value. At White Energy, he led the company’s strategic repositioning as a focused renewable fuels producer, advanced carbon capture and sequestration initiatives and completed the sale of the company in 2024.

Steenhard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is Six Sigma certified in Lean Manufacturing.
