Procedure

Develop

Use KODAK GBX Developer and Replenisher.

Attach the film to a film hanger and immerse quickly into the developer solution. Dislodge any air bubbles by tapping the film hanger twice against the tank wall.

Do not agitate during development.

Remove the film and hanger 5 seconds before the end of development.

Do not drain the excess developer back into the developer tank.

At the end of the development time, immerse the film and hanger rapidly into the stop bath/rinse tank.

Immerse Film into Stop Bath

Use KODAK Indicator Stop Bath or running water rinse.

Temperature: 15.5°C to 29.5°C (60°F to 85°F).

Time: 30 seconds.

Agitation: Continuous

Immerse Film into Fixer Solution

Use KODAK GBX Fixer and Replenisher or KODAK RP X-OMAT LO Fixer and Replenisher.

Temperature: 15.5°C to 29.5°C (60°F to 85°F).

Time: 2 to 4 minutes.

Agitation: Intermittent (5 seconds every 30 seconds).

Immerse Film into Wash Tank

Wash in clean running water (approximately 8 volume changes per hour).

Temperature: 15.5°C to 29.5°C (60°F to 85°F).

Time: 5 minutes.

Dry at room temperature in a dust-free area or suitable drying cabinet. Temperature should not exceed 49°C (120.2 °F).
