Uwe Boerke is Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Kodak. The Board of Directors elected Boerke a corporate officer of Kodak effective in January 2019. He reports to Executive Chairman Jim Continenza.
Boerke is responsible for Kodak’s human resources strategy and all functions within Kodak’s global Human Resources organization, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent management and engagement.
Since August 2017, Boerke was HR Director & Vice President, Human Resources, with responsibility for PSD, CFD, CBO, Europe, Russia, Israel and LAR. In addition to his HR roles, he is serving Kodak as the Managing Director for Germany. Boerke’s earlier roles at Kodak include leading HR roles for various Divisions, EAMER, DACH Cluster as well as Equipment Manufacturing Europe.
Boerke joined Kodak in 1988 after having received a Master’s degree in Economic Science from the University in Hanover, Germany.
