How does Microsoft’s announcement affect my KODAK Software System?
Starting on January 14, 2020 Microsoft will no longer be supplying security updates for Windows 2008 systems. If you are still running Windows Server 2008 after this date, this could put your network at risk. It is especially important for KODAK INSITE Prepress Portal and INSITE Creative Workflow customers to prevent web and security issues on your INSITE Prepress Portal and INSITE Creative Workflow Systems. Kodak strongly recommends upgrading your KODAK Software Systems to the latest supported versions.
How does Microsoft’s end of support for Windows 2008 R2 Server affect the support of my KODAK software and hardware?
As long as your KODAK software and hardware are covered by a valid support contract, you will continue to receive support on your server hardware and KODAK Workflow Software, even if they are running Windows Server 2008 R2.
