The firmware and software update contains all the files necessary to update your 9810 printer and take advantage of improved image quality and more realistic color
Please note, all of the update components must be installed to take advantage of the improvements.
Download and Installation Instructions
After clicking the DOWNLOAD button, save the file to a location that is easy to access, such as your computer's desktop.
Double-click the *.exe file.
The installers and support files needed to update your software and firmware will be extracted to your system. The Readme_First file will be displayed when all the files have been extracted.
Read the contents of the Readme_First.txt file.
Follow the instructions in the Readme file to complete the update of the printer firmware, driver and application software.
NOTE: It is important to follow all the steps outlined in the read me to complete this update. The printer driver and firmware need to be updated to take advantage of improved image quality and more realistic color.

Languages available in this update include: US English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Note the Printer Driver is in US English only.
Download and Installation Instructions
Click the DOWNLOAD BUTTON to download the file to your computer.
Double click on the 9810_Update.dmg file to mount the package on your computer.
Click the Readme.rtf file, and follow the steps outlined in the read me to complete this update. The printer driver and firmware need to be updated to take advantage of improved image quality and more realistic color.
