The NIC v385 file provides a document with procedures for downloading firmware to the NIC from Windows platforms along with the latest release of NIC firmware. Please refer to this document before attempting any NIC firmware download. You will also need to download the NIC Utilities with XAdmin32 (above) in order to load NIC firmware.
