The WINDOWS 98/Me driver addresses the VIA chip set incompatibility problem and should not be installed on a WINDOWS 95 system.

After you download the file, double-click it to de-compress the software. A WinZip
Self-Extractor window will appear. Unzip the contents to an appropriate folder. See the readme file for additional install instructions.
