If your printer is not feeding (picking) the paper correctly, the pick rollers may be dirty. Follow the instructions in the Operator's Guide, pages 4-14 thru 4-16, to clean the pick rollers.

If there are dials on the bottom of the paper tray, they may need adjusting. Not all trays have these dials. To adjust the dials:

Step	Action
1	Remove the paper tray from the printer.
2	Check the paper for curl.
3	If the paper is curled, remove the paper and the blue board from the tray.
4	Locate the dials on the bottom of the tray.
5	Use a coin to rotate the dials to the appropriate setting. If the edges of the paper curl upward, rotate the dials to the plus (+) position. If the edges of the paper curl downward, or you are printing on Kodak Ektatherm Transparency Material, adjust the dials to the minus (-) position.
6	Replace the paper and the blue board in the tray.
7	Insert the tray into the printer.
