Paper Will Not Feed Properly

If your printer is not feeding (picking) the paper correctly,
the pick rollers may be dirty. Follow the instructions in the Operator's
Guide, pages 4-14 thru 4-16, to clean the pick rollers.
If there are dials on the bottom of the paper tray, they may
need adjusting. Not all trays have these dials. To adjust the dials:

Remove the paper tray from the printer.

Check the paper for curl.
|
|

If the paper is curled, remove the paper
and the blue board from the tray.

Locate the dials on the bottom of the tray.
|
|

|
Use a coin to rotate the dials to the appropriate
setting.
If the edges of the paper curl upward, rotate the dials to the
plus (+) position.
If the edges of the paper curl downward,
or you are printing on
Kodak Ektatherm Transparency
Material, adjust the dials to the minus (-) position.

Replace the paper and the blue board in
the tray.

Insert the tray into the printer.
