Panoramic prints with black border at top and bottom
I have a KODAK FUN SAVER Panoramic 35 Camera. Why did the prints come back with a black border on the top and bottom of each print?
This camera uses KODAK GOLD 400 Film which can be processed to negative stage by any photofinisher that offers C-41 processing. In order to obtain the 3 1/2 x 10-inch prints, however, the photofinisher must have a special printing kit. If the photofinisher make prints on their normal printer setup, you'll get smaller prints that have black (or white) borders at the top and bottom.
Contact the photofinisher that did the work to see if they can get the correct size prints made for you, or get in touch with other photofinishers that can handle panoramic-size prints.
