Frequently Asked QuestionsDark Pictures from KODAK FUN SAVER 35 with flash
I have a KODAK FUN SAVER 35 Camera. Why do my pictures taken with flash turn out dark?
Be careful not the cover the flash. The flash unit is in the upper left-hand corner of the camera and it is important not to block its light output. Blocking the flash reduces the amount of light illuminating your scene.
Keep your main subject(s) between 4 and 10 feet from the camera. As light from the flash travels farther from the camera, less of it is reflected off the subject and back to the film.
Make sure the flash is fully charged for each picture taken in low-light conditions. When taking several pictures at a time, remember to charge the flash each time before taking a picture. You will obtain maximum flash output if you wait several seconds after the flash ready light comes on before depressing the shutter release button.
Protect the camera from impact.
If it is dropped or knocked against a hard surface, internal parts can be damaged causing camera failure. Kodak and Fun Saver are trademarks.
