Frequently Asked Questions
Jammed Film
My film jammed in my camera . What happened?
Without actually seeing the film, we really don't know for sure what caused the advance failure. In previous similar cases that we've had a chance to investigate, we've found incomplete film advance has been caused by either improper film loading or handling, an irregularity in camera handling, weak or dead camera batteries, and/or a malfunction of the camera's film-transport mechanism. If you cannot identify and correct the situation, you may want to take your camera to a local photographic retailer for examination or
call Kodak
.
