High Film Prices at Vacation Spots
I recently went on vacation and had to pay a high price for KODAK Film . I can get it cheaper at home. Why is the price so high?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell our films or cameras directly to individual customers. This is only done through photo dealers that are independent retailers located throughout the country.
Photo retailers are independently owned and operated businesses and not directly connected with Eastman Kodak Company. They simply purchase our photo products and supplies for resale, just as they do the products of many other manufacturers. As such, they alone determine the actual selling prices charged for the products and services offered.
