Finding Your IP Address

To find your computer's IP address:

1. Make sure you are connected to your Internet service provider.
2. From the Start menu on your desktop, select "Run."
3. In the text box, type the following: winipcfg
4. Click "OK".

   

5. In the IP Configuration window, select your Internet service provider from the drop down list.

   Your IP address appears in the IP Address text box.

Note: The IP address can change each time you connect to your provider. We recommend that you ask the person you are calling for their IP address each time you initiate a video conference.
