Adjusting the Viewfinder

Use the diopter dial to customize the viewfinder for your eyesight.

Note Note:  This feature is helpful when several people are using the camera, or when the person using the camera is wearing glasses. Adjusting the diopter has no effect on the camera auto focus.

  1. With the camera turned on, point the camera at a well-lit area.

  2. Look through the viewfinder and turn the diopter dial until the scene you are framing appears sharp and focused.
