Using Digital Zoom

The Digital Zoom setting provides two-times (X2) magnification on the LCD while using the Preview feature.

Note:  When using the Digital Zoom setting, quality is automatically set to good. Due to the camera's digital zoom frame rate during Preview, the quality of the LCD display may appear degraded.

Use Preview to frame your subject. Press to activate Digital Zoom. The image is center-cropped, then magnified on the LCD. Press again to remove the Digital Zoom feature.
