Loading Batteries

Your camera uses four AA batteries. For your convenience, alkaline batteries are provided so you can start using your camera immediately. For information on guidelines for battery usage, see Using Your Batteries.

Place your thumb on the battery door. Slide the battery door away from the camera. Insert the batteries as indicated on the battery cover. Close and lock the battery door. Make sure that no dirt is present when you close the door.
