Loading the Batteries

Caution
The camera uses 2 AAA-size alkaline batteries. Use only alkaline batteries.

1. Press the BATTERY-DOOR LATCH toward the camera back to open the BATTERY DOOR.

   

2. Insert the batteries with the + and - ends in the positions shown. Place the batteries on top of the TAB.
3. Close the BATTERY DOOR until it clicks shut.
4. When the FLASH-READY LIGHT takes more than 30 seconds to go on, replace both batteries with fresh alkaline batteries.
   1. Remove the outer battery.
   2. Pull on the TAB to remove the inner battery.
   3. Insert new batteries.

   Note: If you won't be using the camera for a long time, remove the batteries.
