KODAK ADVANTIX F600 Zoom Camera
Taking Flash Pictures

In dim light, such as indoors or outdoors in heavy shade, or on dark overcast days, you need flash. Your camera features an automatic flash that fires when you need it.

  1. Press the ON/OFF BUTTON to turn the camera on and to uncover the LENS.
    • The FLASH-INDICATOR LAMP "blinks" when the flash is not ready.

  2. Frame your subject within the VIEWFINDER EYEPIECE.
  3. Partially depress the SHUTTER BUTTON. When the FLASH-INDICATOR LAMP glows green, fully depress the SHUTTER BUTTON to take the picture.
  4. Keep the subject within the distance range for the speed of film in your camera (see the flash-to-subject distance table below). Don't take pictures beyond the maximum distance or your pictures will be dark.
