KODAK STAR 110 Camera Using the flash
Always use the flash when you take pictures indoors.
- Set the ON/OFF SWITCH to ON to charge the flash.
- When the READY LIGHT glows, the flash is ready to fire.
Note: Do not take a flash picture before the ready light glows or your pictures will be dark.

- Keep the subject within the flash-to-subject distance. Subjects beyond the maximum
distances will not show up or will be very dark in the picture.

- Gently press the shutter button. Do not block the FLASH with any objects while
holding the camera.
- If the Ready Light does not glow within 30 seconds, check your batteries.
- Use print film for flash pictures.
- To minimize red-eye reflections, turn on the room lights. Then have your subject look
at the lights.
- Turn the flash off when you are not using it.
- Remove the batteries when you store the camera for several months.
- Carry spare batteries with you.
