The DP2 annual license includes the use of the software, all software upgrades, Rochester-based training, phone / e-mail support, and provides a path forward for the technology. This single license agreement is priced according to site configuration and is renewed annually.
Components of License Model
- Start-Up Kit
- One-time fee for new customers
- Support for initial installation and start-up.
- Two-day training in Rochester (not including travel or expenses) for a specified number of people (English language only)
- Annual Subscription
- Permission to use DP2 software during license period.
- All software releases (maintenance & upgrade) during license period.
- Two-day training program in Rochester (not including travel or expenses,) for a specified number of people dependent on license tier. (English language only)
- Phone / e-mail support for product (number of specified hours dependent on license tier).
