NOTE: This program is for established photofinishing businesses only. Consumers can participate through their local photofinisher. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
If your company has a wholesale lab processing more than 250 rolls of film per day, here's how the program works:

| All brands and all models of one-time-use cameras are accepted. |
|
| The cameras will be delivered to us at our expense when you use the Kodak preferred carrier for your state and specify the correct billing method. |
|
| We do not reimburse for damaged, wet, or crushed one-time-use cameras. Damaged cameras are not returned. |
|
| We reserve the right not to pay for camera shipments that are not reasonably representative of the current U.S. market mix of one-time-use cameras. |
|
| We provide the following recycling materials free of charge. To order materials, please call Kodak's Advertising Distribution Center at (800) 847-8755 and reference the appropriate CAT Number. |

| Once you have received the necessary materials, follow these steps: |
| 1. |
Collect your used camera bodies in gaylords. Batteries DO NOT have to be removed from the flash cameras. Please insure that only cameras (e.g., no lab waste) are placed in the gaylords. |
| 2. |
When you are ready to ship the gaylords to Kodak, contact the Kodak preferred carrier that is designated for your state to arrange a pick-up date. Give the carrier a minimum of two(2) days notice. |
| 3. |
Number all the gaylords (1 of 10, 2 of 10, 3 of 10, etc.). |
| 4. |
Palletize your gaylords and shrink wrap if possible. |
| 5. |
When filling out the shipping paperwork, make sure that the Bill of Lading description says "Freight of All Kinds" (FAK). |

Specify Third Party Billing on the Bill of Lading as follows:

Upon receipt of the used cameras, Kodak will weigh each box and calculate the number of cameras based on an average multiplier of five (5) cameras per pound. |
| 9. |
Kodak will pay $0.75 per pound or approximately fifteen cents per camera for all cameras received. |
| 10. |
Payment will be made by check within 30 days of receipt of camera shipments. These payments apply to cameras that are sent from U.S.-based photofinishers only. |
