Who owns Diversity and Inclusion at Kodak?

-

Today more than ever, Kodak competes in a dynamic global marketplace. A marketplace that is Globally Diverse in new and exciting ways. Ways that are challenging our old definitions and models of diversity and inclusion. Kodak is in pursuit of new opportunities to grow our business through relationships with customers and consumers around the world. A diverse workforce is essential to enabling successful relationships that reflect the cultures and communities in which we do business.

Kodak’s President and Chief Operating Officer Phil Faraci has noted that meeting the needs of different populations requires new ways of respecting and approaching constituencies and customers. “It’s a matter of how we more effectively work with the different locations,” he said.

This is why Kodak focuses relentlessly on growing a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Inclusion and diversity strategy aren’t always translated globally, as different regions have different needs. But we need the best thinking and insights that a diverse workforce provides. We need to understand, recognize and respect the perspectives and customs of our customers and partners throughout the world.

Every employee owns diversity and inclusion at Kodak . As we continue to grow new relationships in global markets, we all are accountable for treating each other – our customers, our business allies, and our community partners – with dignity, fairness, and respect. And, in a global marketplace, it’s our promise to never lose sight of the fact that everyone counts.
