A. The film speed is ISO 800.

Q. Do I need special processing for this film?
A. No. MAX Zoom 800 Film uses standard C-41 processing.

Q. My camera has a manually adjustable ISO setting. How should I set my camera for MAX Zoom 800 Film?
A. If your camera has a setting for 800 speed, set it there. If it does not have an ISO 800 setting, we recommend setting the speed at the closest speed to 800 (e.g, 400 or 1000).

Q. My camera sets film speeds automatically. How do I know that it's set properly for KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film?
A. If your camera senses the film speed through DX encoding settings it will automatically set the film speed to 800. If your camera does not have an 800 setting, it will "default" to the closest film speed. The extraordinary latitude of KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film will assure that you will get great pictures.

A. No. You will still want to use your flash in extremely low-light situations to capture the most detail. Another advantage of using this film is the extended flash range you will enjoy. If you have a fully adjustable camera and use an appropriate technique, it's possible to use KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film in low-light situations without flash.

Q. Can KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film safely pass through airport x-ray inspection machines?
A. Like any high-speed film, this film is more sensitive to airport x-ray machines than slower speed films. To be safe, carry the film with you rather than packing it in your luggage, and request visual inspection.

Q. Why is KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film good for cameras with zoom lenses?
A. Zoom lenses are less efficient at gathering light because they have smaller maximum apertures. A more sensitive film like KODAK MAX Zoom 800 Film compensates for the smaller aperture and enhances the performance of these lenses.
