When you order a KODAK Picture Disk, your pictures are formatted in the JPEG format. If you want to use your pictures in a different software application, that requires Bitmap format (BMP), you'll need to save them into that file format.

To save a picture into BMP format, simply Save As, choose BMP, and give the picture a destination. Just remember: you can't save an edited picture onto your KODAK Picture Disk. Save it to a folder on your hard drive instead.
