Return Material Authorization (RMA)

All image sensor products can be returned directly to Kodak. Please follow the steps below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Kodak cannot accept returns without prior authoriization.

• Download our Return Material Authorization Form.
• Fill in the *required information
• Please note that only one part number should be on each RMA.
• Fax the completed form to us at (585) 477-4947
• ISS will contact you with a Return Authorization Number.
