Kodak Provides 2006 Proforma Results for Reassigned Product Groups

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 4 -- As of January 1, 2007, Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) reassigned several products between reporting segments.  To assist the investment community with their modeling, Kodak today is providing preliminary proforma results for each of the 2006 quarters, specifically reflecting the following product reassignments:

  • Photographic paper & photofinishing services from Film Products Group to Consumer Digital Imaging Group
  • Consumer inkjet systems from All Other to Consumer Digital Imaging Group
  • Non-destructive testing from Film Products Group to the divested Kodak Health Group

The proforma results provided today do not include the accounting adjustments that will be required to reflect the impact of discontinued operations status from the recent sale of Kodak’s Health Group. Kodak expects to release an additional disclosure, which will add the impact of discontinued operations, before the end of the second quarter of 2007.
