Worth a thousand words.
Lasts 100 years.*
Introducing KODAK Ultima Photo Paper featuring breakthrough KODAK COLORLAST Technology for
pictures that last 100 years. Thanks to this Kodak innovation, the brilliant colors you see today will be
just as breathtaking 100 years from now, whether you keep your pictures in a frame, photo album, or on a
table at home. So print your pictures on KODAK Ultima Photo Paper with KODAK COLORLAST Technology and
have peace of mind that they'll last. And last and last...
|
Does what other inkjet papers don't.
Pictures fade when they're exposed to light, air pollution,
moisture, and heat. KODAK COLORLAST Technology shields
your pictures from these picture-unfriendly factors
so your prints will last over 100 years — even when
they're displayed at home unprotected. So while other brands
may only look at light fade, we take into account all the
known factors that affect print life.

The science behind the stunning results
| What you get is color that stays vivid and vibrant after 100 years.
But what goes into the longest-lasting KODAK Ultima Photo Paper? |
|
|
We start with our industry-acclaimed KODAK ROYAL Paper as the base. |
|
|
Then we add a proprietary three-layer coating that controls smudging, speeds dry time,
and increases ozone fade resistance. |
|
|
KODAK COLORLAST Technology locks ink molecules into the image layer, protecting your picture from fading factors.
Using a unique blend of mordants (additives to "fix" the dyes) in the bottom two layers,
along with nanoparticulate ceramic particles in the top layer to further stabilize the image,
Kodak scientists have engineered a significant leap in longevity and color reproduction.
