Lynch | Chief Intellectual Property Officer, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company | |  Full Size Image | | Timothy Lynch is currently Chief Intellectual Property Officer and Deputy General Counsel. He leads the company's Intellectual Property Business and reports to Kodak President, Laura Quatela. From January 2008 to November 2011, Mr. Lynch was Managing Director, Intellectual Property Transactions. In this role, he was responsible for strategic and royalty-bearing licensing activities. The Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2010. Mr. Lynch joined Kodak in 1997 as a member of the Corporate and Regulatory Legal Staff, supporting merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. He has held increasingly responsible positions in the Intellectual Property area since 2004. Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Lynch held positions with GE Capital and Nixon Hargrave Devans & Doyle (now Nixon Peabody). Mr. Lynch holds a B.A. in communications and political science from St. John Fisher College and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar. |
