Mr. Robert Berman reports to Kodak Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Antonio M. Perez, in a project leadership capacity and is a member of the Eastman Kodak Company Executive Council. From January 2002 to December 2011, he was Chief Human Resources Officer and was elected a vice president of the company in February 2002. In March 2005, he was elected a senior vice president by the Board of Directors. He was responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes throughout the corporation. He worked closely with Kodak’s CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Compensation and Development Committee on all executive compensation and development processes for the corporation. Previously, Mr. Berman was the Associate Director of Human Resources and the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for Global Operations, leading the delivery of strategic and operational human resources services to Kodak’s global manufacturing, supply chain, and regional operations around the world. He has held a variety of other key human resources positions for Kodak over his 29 year career, including the Director and divisional vice president of Human Resources for the global Consumer Imaging business and the Human Resources Director for Kodak Colorado Division. Mr. Berman served on the board of the HR Policy Association from 2002 to 2010, and is a member of the Personnel Roundtable. He serves as Chairman of the Business Roundtable’s Health Care Reform Implementation Team. Mr. Berman was the recipient of the 2004 Outspoken and Visible Award recognizing individuals who are role models for promoting a supportive work environment for all individuals independent of their sexual orientation or gender expression. In 2006, he was selected to Human Resource Executive® magazine’s HR Executive Honor Roll, recognizing executives who have distinguished themselves through excellence in the HR profession.
