   EU Imports Customs Clearance

 

Pre-EU Custom's clearance documentation preparation and
handling process requirements are included as follows:

Pre-arrival information on goods entering the EU under new regulation:
Import Control System (ICS) in force 01 January 2011. See detail in EU Compliance.

Upon Arrival at the first Port:

 
  • If goods are moving Inbond, the transport documents, commercial invoice and packing list shall be delivered to the Notify Party address stated on the Supplier Mode-Specific Shipping Instructions.
  • If the Notify party is different from the ship-to consignee destination address then this is its responsibility to create the T1 document to move the shipment bonded to the ship-to consignee destination address.
