What's Changed Effective January 1, 2011 - Incoterms® rules used in Kodak global business. Until further notice, Kodak continues to apply Incoterms® 2000 rules in it's business. Please do NOT apply Incoterms® 2010 rules until such time as the corporation officially transfers to this version.
Effective February 15, 2011 or upon receipt of Shipping Instructions - All US ISF (Importer Security Filing) reporting to Kodak US Import Service MUST be handled by the seller, shipper or designated agent, not the transportation carrier/forwarder network. See ISF requirements on the United States Routing Guide, ISF Pre-Notification section of this site.
