    Employee Networks

Employee networks are independent, voluntary, non-profit associations who have common interests or backgrounds. They are open to all Kodak employees and retirees and help to build cultural awareness, provide career development and foster interaction among employees and the community.

With incredible top-down management support, our eight employee networks acknowledge differences in gender, heritage, orientation and race; encourage unique thinking within the context of teamwork; and emphasize the value we place on diverse perspectives within the context of our common goals.

When you join a Kodak employee network, you advance your career in many ways. For example:

    • Meeting and networking with people across all levels of Kodak
    • Learning and demonstrating new skills in a nurturing environment
    • Advancing and expanding your skill set through mentoring
    • Engaging in strong employee support systems
    • Enhancing effective communication with Kodak management
    • Working with the company to identify issues and create solutions
    • Taking part in social, networking and training activities
