Kodak will share insights on how to deploy remote services across a global customer network during the 9th Annual Remote Services Summit in Miami. Mike Massey, Kodak’s Vice President and General Manager of Service and Support, will deliver the keynote address, “Best Practices in Global Deployment,” at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28 at the Hilton Miami Downtown.

“Remote service plays an integral role in the development and maintenance of successful customer relationships,” said Massey. “Effective remote service builds trust with customers, scales with growth, and allows businesses to stay focused on the constant improvement, enhancement and innovation of their products and solutions.”

Massey’s remarks will help service professionals, service engineers and customer representatives understand revenue and business opportunities related to the deployment of remote services. The presentation, which draws from Massey’s more than 20 years of service experience, will focus on several key themes including:

    • Strategic development of remote services being deployed in a different country for the first time and international service expansion
