Jack Bailey joined Kodak in 2008 as a lawyer in the Labor and Employment Group of the Legal Department. In January 2012, he was elected Assistant Corporate Secretary, and he reports to Susan Wylie, Assistant General Counsel, Director Employment Compensation & Benefits Law, and Assistant Corporate Secretary.
Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Bailey worked for several years at the Institute of International Education (IIE), a nonprofit based in New York. He served in various capacities, including Deputy Executive Director of the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) just before joining Kodak. Mr. Bailey is admitted in both New York and California, where he practiced for several years before joining IIE.
Mr. Bailey holds a baccalaureate degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
