How to Make it:

Decide how to package it

Some people create a sleeve or a new front cover for the original seed packet, or you can put bulbs or seed packets in small paper or fabric bags adorned with your special message.

Get personal

Use design software to create the packaging for your favor. Place your image, then come up with text that fits the gift and the occasion. “Love is blooming!” can work for most occasions. Consider thanking guests for sharing your joy.

Hit print

Once you’re happy with your label, print out enough copies to put on your favors.

Pack it up

Attach the sleeve or cover to the seed packet, ensuring that the planting instructions are still visible. If you’re using a bag, attach the label to the bag, put the seeds inside, and tie the ribbon through holes punched at the top.

Variation: Personalized tags or sleeves can be attached to foodie favors, like bags of candy or a stack of cookies.
