Photo Balloon Tags

Make your party special with personalized balloon tags. They are a great way to decorate for a birthday or graduation party.

What You'll Need:

Choose a picture of the guest of honor or print one out.

Draw a circle onto the picture and cut the circle out.

Tape the balloon string to the back of the picture.

If you like, print out a greetings template for your celebration, cut it out and attach it to the balloon string also.
