Mary Anne Detmer's Message

Who owns Diversity and Inclusion at Kodak?

Today Kodak competes in a dynamic global marketplace, and our Diversity and Inclusion model directly reflects our global reach.  Kodak is pursuing opportunities to grow our business through relationships with partners and customers around the world. A diverse workforce is essential to enable successful relationships that reflect the cultures and communities in which we do business.

At Kodak, we weave Diversity and Inclusion through our talent life cycle: attracting, hiring, developing and retaining talent. We work intently on growing a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Our team strives to understand, recognize and respect the perspectives and customs of our partners and customers throughout the world.  As we continue to grow new relationships in global markets, we are all accountable for treating each other - our customers, our business partners, and our communities - with dignity, fairness, and respect.

At Kodak, we have phenomenal talent and a remarkable brand - quite powerful combination.  We believe our diverse, engaged and inclusive workforce will drive success for our partners, customers and company.
