Global Diversity & Community Affairs

Chief Diversity & Community Affairs Officer Augie Melendez leads the Global Diversity and Community Affairs organization at Kodak. Global Diversity emerged as a discrete function in 2001 with a key role of fostering an inclusive culture at Kodak. Melendez was appointed Chief Diversity Officer in January 2011.

GD&CA's strategy is to engage employees, suppliers, shareholders and other constituencies globally in Kodak's journey of inclusion, diversity, engagement and accountability (“IDEA”) in ways that reinforce a key Kodak Value: Respect for the Dignity of the Individual. By creating an environment in which such respect and trust thrive, employees can put their creativity to work developing new products and services, increasing productivity and customer delight.
