 News Archive Kodak earns 100% Rating on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index Kodak again earned a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index in 2008. The CEI measures policies and practices that promote fairness and equality in the workplace for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender employees. Kodak has earned a perfect score every year since the Equality Index began in 2002. HRC also listed Kodak on the list of "Best Places to Work for GLBT Equality." Kodak was among some 260 companies chosen by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC), a civil rights organization working to achieve gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality.
Diversity/Careers in Engineering & IT recognizes Kodak as "Reader's Choice" Kodak was voted as a Best Diversity Company by readers of Diversity/Careers in Engineering & IT in the publication's annual "Readers' Choice" voting for Best Diversity Companies. One hundred companies were recognized from among 600 nominees. Kodak was the sole honoree in the publication's Scientific, Photographic and Control Equipment category.
Kodak Achieves Supplier Diversity Goals;
 DiversityInc. continues to recognize Kodak for its commitment to diversity and inclusion. In 2008, the publication named Kodak one of its 25 Noteworthy Companies. Kodak also earned honors on two DiversityInc. "specialty" lists: top companies for GLBT employees, and for people with disabilities. Kodak has appeared on DiversityInc.’s list of Top 50 U.S. Companies six times in the last seven years, most recently in 2007.
